Workshop Features
Eureka!'s workshops are engaging events, tailored to the specific interests of its participants. The highly interactive experience typical for Eureka workshops is also independent of their format: both on-site and online events are designed to galvanize participants through activities amplifying theoretical concepts. To replicate the opportunities for group work and lively conversations typical of Eureka! onsite workshops, collaborative online-platforms are used for digital sessions.
Further qualities you can expect from Eureka! events:

-
Science-specific: Based on personal experience in scientific research and consulting scientists, Eureka!'s workshops have been specifically developed signed to provide practical solutions to challenges scientists typically face in their quest for new knowledge. Moreover, the means for conveying content (e.g. language, examples) will immediately resonate with scientists.

-
Optimal learning conditions: To allow an effective transfer of knowledge, Eureka!'s workshops have been designed in light of psychological insights on human learning. Participants will thus come together in a relaxed atmosphere, follow visual presentations that also richly illustrate theoretical concepts and will have ample opportunities to practice techniques and tools introduced.

-
Flexible delivery: Eureka!'s events can be hosted online and on-site and their content will be adapted to clients' specific needs (e.g. proposal development, team-building/on-boarding of new members, preparing strategic evaluations). These workshops are suitable as stand-alone events or fitted within larger gatherings (e.g. retreats, summer schools) and can be conducted in two languages (English or German).
